Description

SQ-720004 Nano-hardening liquid for glass hardware, with high hardness (6-9H), good wear resistance, good chemical resistance, high transparency, and steel wool resistance 100-500 times. The product can also be used to harden the surface of PC, PET, PMMA, PC/PMMA composite sheets and other sheets and film materials, and can be coated by spraying, shower coating, roller coating and other methods. The formed coating has good optical properties, does not produce rainbow streaks, has high cross-linking density, low curing shrinkage, high hardness, good wear resistance, and anti-graffiti properties.

Product Features

1. Suitable for hard-coating various substrates including stainless steel, glass, optical coatings, electroless and electroplated layers, aluminum, magnesium, copper, zinc, and anodized aluminum alloys.

2. Can also be used for maintenance and protection of wood, bamboo, ceramics, marble, concrete, tiles, epoxy floor coatings, and historic buildings or antique furniture, providing anti-oil marker graffiti and easy-to-clean performance.

3. Offers resistance to oily marker stains, easy cleaning, smooth and silky tactile feel, and excellent wear and scratch resistance.

4. Excellent performance under high/low temperatures, high humidity, chemical solvents, moisture exposure, and UV radiation, ensuring stable properties under harsh conditions.

5. Provides good resistance against staining from soy sauce, white vinegar, edible oils, black tea, coffee, wine, and salt, with the coating surface maintaining minimal discoloration or residue.

Application Process

1. Common application methods include curtain coating, spray coating, dip coating, and wipe coating. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight.

2. The product requires no pretreatment or dilution. Shake well before application to ensure uniform dispersion.

3. Choose the appropriate coating method based on actual production conditions.

4. Drying conditions: 180 °C for 60 minutes (adjustable depending on production line conditions). For large parts or items unsuitable for oven curing, air-drying at room temperature is also possible. Note that drying is slower, and full performance is achieved after 7 days.

5. After drying or curing, allow the panels to cool to room temperature before performing performance tests.

  

Precautions

This product contains flammable components. Exercise appropriate fire-prevention measures during transportation, storage, and use.

  

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 1 kg / 5kg / 25 kg per drum
