Description

L-6900A is an aliphatic nonafunctional polyurethane acrylate resin featuring high reactivity and a high crosslink density. The cured coating exhibits excellent solvent resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance, along with high hardness while remaining tough rather than brittle. It also offers excellent yellowing resistance. L-6900A is particularly suitable for UV coatings with high scratch and abrasion resistance requirements, UV anti-graffiti coatings, and UV scratch-resistant inks.

Applications

UV high-gloss clear coats, UV plastic coatings, and UV screen printing varnishes; it can also be applied as primers and topcoats for metal and vacuum metallized films, as well as UV clear topcoats for PVC surfaces, paper, wood, and other UV coatings and UV inks.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum.
