Description

L-6602A is an aromatic hexafunctional polyurethane acrylate resin featuring high reactivity and excellent hardness. The cured coating exhibits outstanding solvent resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance. It also provides high surface hardness, along with a well-balanced performance in yellowing resistance and weatherability.

Applications

Particularly suitable for PVC plastic substrates, UV high-gloss clear coats, UV plastic coatings, wood UV coatings, paper UV coatings, UV screen printing varnishes, UV vacuum metallization topcoats, and 100% solids UV inks.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg /25kg/ 200 kg per drum.
