Description

L-6214 is a dilution-resistant 2-functional UV polyurethane resin. It can be used as a main resin in UV spraying and UV vacuum metallization applications. The resin exhibits excellent leveling performance and high film build on substrates with uneven surfaces or pinholes. It also provides good adhesion to a wide range of plastic substrates, making it highly recommended for such applications. L-6214 is particularly suitable for mid- to low-end UV spray coating and UV vacuum metallization fields.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.
