Lencolo 8553 A UV-series eco-friendly, low-odor, high-solids liquid storage-stability additive. It is particularly effective in high-color UV inks and coatings, efficiently suppressing self-polymerization during storage and ensuring long-term formulation stability. It features easy addition, excellent compatibility, light color, and no viscosity impact, and is especially suitable for higher-viscosity systems such as UV offset inks, UV color pastes, UV adhesives, etc., helping extend storage life.

Recommended Usage

Add in the later stage of the formulation.

Additional dosage: 0.5-2% (based on total resin and monomer).

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
