Description

Lencolo 8552 is a high-efficiency UV-sensitive liquid stabilizer that effectively inhibits the self-polymerization of acrylic resins, acrylic monomers, vinyl monomers, unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethane resins, and other varnishes, color systems, finished inks, and coatings during storage, ensuring long-term product stability. Its low viscosity and ease of addition, combined with excellent compatibility and light color, do not affect system viscosity. It is particularly suitable for low-viscosity systems such as UV varnishes, UV flexographic printing, and UV inkjet printing, where it can extend shelf  life.

Recommended Usage

Add in the later stage of the formulation.

Additional dosage: 0.5-2% based on the total amount of resins and monomers.

It is recommended that users perform a trial prior to use to determine the optimal addition level.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 8552 does not affect the transparency of the UV transparent system after curing.
