Promote leveling of the coating film, have a strong anti-fouling effect, make the coating film easy to clean, and can be used as an anti-graffiti additives, compatible with most systems, used for solvent-based coatings, water-based coatings, UV light curing system.

Increase the water drop contact angle, the water drop contact angle is 105°-110°.

Industrial coatings, UV coatings, baking varnishes, floor coatings, anti-fouling coatings, water-based coatings.

Usage

Generally, the weight ratio is 2%-5%, and it should be added in the final stage of the production process, with higher shear force.

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3007AW is universal for water-based and oil-based systems. It has good compatibility with various UV, PU resins, baking varnish resins, and water-based resins. 3007WA has good anti-graffiti performance in UV systems and water-based systems.
