Description

L-6460D is a specially modified, high-reactivity, 4-functional polyurethane acrylate resin that is tin-free. The product features low shrinkage, excellent adhesion, resistance to hand perspiration and cosmetics, and solvent thinning resistance. It provides excellent adhesion to various plastic substrates, including PC, ABS, PMMA, and TAC, and also exhibits good adhesion to paper, wood, metals, and other substrates. L-6460D is suitable as a base resin for high-performance UV topcoats and vacuum-metallized UV coatings.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum.

Tips: L-6460D has good adhesion, good leveling. It's free of organic tin and can be applied to high requirement products.
