Description

L-6411 is a specially modified highly reactive 4-functional polyurethane acrylate resin. The product has low shrinkage, excellent adhesion, good leveling, resistance to hand perspiration and cosmetics, and solvent thinning resistance. It has excellent adhesion properties to PC, ABS, PMMA, aluminum and other substrates and can achieve good adhesion even when used alone. It also has good adhesion properties to paper, wood, metal and other substrates. It is suitable as a base resin for high-abrasion UV topcoats and vacuum-metallized UV coatings, as well as for monocoat UV color coatings.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum.

Tips: L-6411 offers excellent pigment wetting and color development, making it an ideal base resin for monocoat UV silver coatings. It also provides good recoating ability, strong adhesion, and smooth leveling.
