Description

L-6318 is a special modified aromatic polyurethane acrylic UV resin with low viscosity, fast curing speed, high toughness of the coating, scratch resistance, and excellent matting property (adding a small amount of matte powder can make the matteness below 10 degrees). It is highly recommended for use in SPC flooring, PVC flooring, UV inks, UV plastic coatings, and nail gel applications.

Storage Conditions

To prevent polymerization or gelation due to the high reactivity of this product, it should be stored in sealed containers, away from heat and direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is not above 30 °C. Unused product must be promptly resealed and should not be left open. Under normal conditions (25 °C, ventilated), the safe storage period is 6 months. If stored below 40 °C, the product may form clumps or a paste, which is a normal phenomenon; heating or baking will dissolve it and will not affect its performance. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6318 is very suitable for PVC floor and SPC floor.
