Description

L-6367-6  4-functional UV polyurethane resin. This resin can wrinkle quickly after being excited by the short-wavelength 172nm, 222nm, and 254nm ultraviolet excimer spectrum. It has fine texture, soft and elastic sof touch skin feel. The resin has a good balance of hardness, softness and elasticity, and has excellent scratch resistance on the surface after curing.

Construction process

Applications

For coating excimer UV skin-feel finishes on surfaces such as PU, ABS, PC, PET, various plastic films, leather, paper, and wood.

Precaution & Storage

1. Ensure that the UV coating absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve complete curing; insufficient curing may affect coating performance.

2.Do not pour unused material back into the original container. To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: ≤30°C. Unused portions should be sealed promptly and not left open. Under room temperature (25°C) and ventilated conditions, the safe shelf life is 6 months.

Tips:L-6367-6 offers excellent compatibility and fast wrinkle formation. The wrinkle speed and size can be adjusted by using mono- and difunctional monomers.
