Description

L-6212  is a specially modified grafted UV polyurethane resin. When cured alone, L-6212 resin forms a film with excellent softness and toughness, making it suitable for coatings requiring high flexibility, T-bending forming, and applications such as IMD. The cured film shrinkage of L-6212 is very small, and it has good adhesion to plastic substrates with low polarity: PET, PE, PP and metal substrates: iron, aluminum, copper, etc. it has ultra-low viscosity and strong dilubility. It can be used as a monomer to improve the flexibility and adhesion of the coating. it has good compatibility with various UV resins and can be used in various UV coatings, UV inks, UV inkjet, UV varnish, and UV roller coating.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6212 features ultra-low viscosity, 100% solid content, and is halogen-free with no irritating odor.
