Description

L-6122is a specially modified grafted UV polyester resin with ultra-fast UV curing performance. It can fully cure even in very thin coatings (~0.1 µm) and provides excellent surface hardness and scratch resistance. The resin exhibits outstanding pigment wetting, maintaining excellent dispersion, gloss, and color even under a high pigment loading of 1:1, without compromising overall flow properties. It is particularly suitable for high-performance UV offset printing, accelerated UV roller coating, high-pigment UV inkjet, and various UV coatings, enabling faster curing, adjustable surface hardness, and enhanced pigment wetting.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6122 is halogen-free and non-irritating, with high viscosity, ultra-fast cure speed and excellent pigment wetting.
