Description

Lencolo 8767 is a specially modified terminal-hydroxyl polysiloxane. It can be used for resin synthesis as well as in various adhesives, coatings, and inks. It offers exceptional wetting and penetration, along with excellent anti-blocking and release-assist performance. It also provides a smooth tactile feel and improved slip.

Recommended Usage

Recommended dosage: 0.5%-3% (of total formulation).

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 8767 is primarily used for release and anti-blocking coatings on various film substrates. In PU, baked paint, and UV systems, it provides excellent anti-blocking performance and a smooth, slippery surface feel, while also offering significant resistance to fingerprints and soiling.
