Description

L-6380A is a special modified polyurethane acrylate resin. This matte UV resin exhibits a stable 5°–10° gloss without blooming and retains its matte appearance regardless of baking temperature or duration. It features nano-level fineness, is halogen-free, has 2H hardness, excellent scratch and abrasion resistance, and shows less than 1% volatilization (low odor) when baked at 80°C for 2 hours.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum.

Precautions

Prolonged storage may cause slight resin stratification. To ensure optimal performance, stir thoroughly or roll the container evenly on the floor before use.

Tips: L-6380A has good scratch resistance, good soft touch skin feel, low odor and no halogen.
