Description

Lencolo 5012 is a specially modified polymeric micro-particle dispersion. It is easy to use – simply disperse/mix and apply. It delivers excellent anti-graffiti performance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, smooth-touch feel and matting efficiency. It also offers good transparency, allowing the basecoat color to show through more clearly.

In UV coatings, it delivers excellent anti-graffiti and anti-fingerprint performance, along with outstanding scratch and abrasion resistance.

It is particularly suitable for UV coatings used in 3C applications, providing a soft matte appearance with high transparency. Unlike conventional wax powders, it avoids haze and transparency loss, while achieving an optimal balance between matting efficiency and surface tactile feel, delivering a soft, silky touch finish.

UV wood floor coatings; UV PVC flooring coatings; UV coating for mobile phone; UV coating for surface treatment; anti-scratch matte UV coatings; anti-stain PU coatings; and anti-stain UV coatings, etc.

Recommended Usage

Store at 0–25 °C, away from direct sunlight and high-temperature environments

Shake well before use and consume as soon as possible after opening

Avoid use under extremely high or extremely low temperatures

For best tactile and slip performance, pre-disperse at high shear for approximately 20 minutes before incorporating into the coating system

Dosage: 3~20% on total formulation weight

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
