Description

Lencolo 3007W is a fluorocarbon-modified polymer that used as a leveling additive for both water-based and solvent-based systems. It also provides anti-graffiti functionality and offers a broad application range.

Product Features

It promotes surface leveling and provides strong anti-stain performance, making the coating easy to clean. It can be used as an anti-graffiti additive and is compatible with most systems, including solvent-based coatings, waterborne coatings, and UV-curable systems.

It increases the water contact angle, typically reaching 105°–110°.

Recommended Usage

Recommended dosage is 2–5% based on total formulation weight. It should be added at the final stage of production under high shear.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
