Description

Lencolo 3228 is a specially fluorinated polymer with extremely strong surface tension–reducing ability. At very low concentrations, it provides excellent surface tension reduction for both waterborne and solvent-based systems, thereby enhancing wetting, dispersion, leveling, and other surface properties. It is stable in neutral, acidic, saline, and hard water environments. VOC-free, APEO-free, non-flammable, and compatible with all types of ionic surfactants.

Recommended Usage

It can be added at any stage in the production process, generally 0.1%-0.6% of the total coating weight.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
