Description

Lencolo 3001A is a silicone acrylic polymer that can participate in crosslinking. It effectively provides excellent leveling and smoothness to the coating, significantly reduces surface tension, enhances wetting on substrates, and offers strong anti-pinhole performance.

Applications

Especially suitable for UV clear coatings, UV vacuum coatings, industrial coatings, wood coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes, inkjet inks, etc.

Recommended Usage

It can be diluted with solvent or directly added to the coating.

The addition amount is generally 0.05% ~ 0.6%.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25kg per drum.

Tips: Lencolo 3001A has strong anti-shrinkage ability, especiallyin vacuum metallized primers, without affecting recoat adhesion.
