Description

Lencolo 1108 contains a chelating polymer copolymer with groups that have affinity for inorganic powders, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance. It is suitable for dispersing imported and domestic matting powders, inorganic fillers, metallic powders, and nanopowders. It is particularly effective in matting powder dispersion systems, offering high dispersibility, viscosity reduction, and outstanding anti-settling performance.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount: 5–12% based on the amount of matting powder. For thorough dispersion, mix for 3–5 minutes.

Note: Excessive addition may affect the storage stability of the system.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 1108 is especially suitable for UV systems with high matting powder content (over 15%), providing excellent viscosity reduction and superior wetting and dispersing performance.
