Description

L-6207 is a specially modified 2-functional UV polyurethane acrylate, developed for soft substrates with high surface requirements. It offers a balanced combination of abrasion resistance and flexibility, with good leveling, fast curing, excellent surface dryness, and resistance to boiling water.

Applications

Various high yellowing requirements application: UV protective varnishes; UV adhesives; UV texture transfer coatings; UV hard coatings; UV 3D printing resins; elastic UV coatings; UV vacuum metallized coatings.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6207 has good leveling with a mirror-like finish, fast curing, excellent film toughness, good 3D thermoformability, and withstands over 200 cycles in the RCA test.
