L-1200B is an ultra-low-odor hydroxyl-containing acrylic copolymer with excellent pigment wetting properties that effectively prevent color floating and flocculation in coatings. It exhibits outstanding compatibility with polyester resins, epoxy resins, alkyd resins, and amino resins, while providing excellent lightfastness, color retention, and anti-yellowing performance. Its extremely low odor makes it particularly suitable for use in eco-friendly screen printing inks and low-odor coatings.

Product Features
Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including plastics (ABS, PC, PC+fiber, PA, PA+fiber, PMMA, fiberglass, TPU) and metals (various stainless steels, tinplate, aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, magnesium alloys, copper, etc.).
Good compatibility with CAB, ensuring uniform silver powder orientation, strong interlayer adhesion, and excellent pigment dispersion.
Excellent recoatability; after screen printing and UV/PU topcoat followed by water boiling, adhesion remains strong.
Low odor and slow drying, preventing clogging in screen printing, making it ideal for specialty inks.
Excellent anti-yellowing performance.

Storage Conditions
To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum
Tip:L-1200B is mainly used for screen printing ink, with good adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, glass, ceramics and other substrates.
