Description

L-1258 is a hydroxyl acrylic resin with low viscosity, high solid content and high hydroxyl content. It is formulated with HDI curing agent to form a two-component polyurethane coating. It can be quickly solidified into a film at room temperature, has fast drying speed, high fullness and gloss, and good weather resistance and self-leveling properties.

Applications

Automotive OEM coatings; motorcycle varnishes; high-demand plastic paints; two-component PU varnishes or solid color paints for various metals and plastics; high-gloss one-coat black finishes

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips: L-1258 can be used to make a one-coat high-gloss PU with good leveling, high build, and excellent resistance to boiling water.
