Description

L-1257 is a high-solids, high-hydroxyl acrylic copolymer. When formulated with non-yellowing polyisocyanates at room temperature, it provides a two-component system with excellent application properties, outstanding weatherability, high film build, and broad formulation compatibility. It is particularly suitable for 2K clearcoats and offers exceptional chemical resistance.

Automotive OEM coatings; motorcycle varnishes; high-demand plastic paints; two-component PU varnishes, solid color paints or metallic/pearl-effect coatings for various metals and plastics

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum

Tip: L-1257 is high weather resistance, high build, excellent alcohol resistance (over 3000 cycles), good resistance to butanone (1 hour).
