Description

L-1256 is a high-solids, high-hydroxyl acrylic copolymer that, when combined with non-yellowing polyisocyanates at room temperature, forms a two-component system with excellent application properties, high film build, and outstanding compatibility. It is particularly suitable for high-gloss one-coat black PU coatings and clearcoat formulations. The system offers ultra-fast drying, allowing polishing after 30 minutes at 50 °C.

Applications

Automotive OEM coatings, motorcycle varnishes, high-demand plastic paint, two-component PU varnishes or solid color paints for various metals and plastics, high-gloss one-coat black finishes.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25 kg / 200 kg per drum
