Description

L-1010 is a specially modified hydroxyl acrylic resin. It has excellent silver powder arrangement effect, super metallic feel, and improves the hiding power of metallic pigments. Adding ordinary silver paste or pearlescent powder to electroplated silver has a strong effect. It has a good metallic feel; it has excellent compatibility with ABS, PC, PC+ fiber, PA and PA+ fiber, PMMA, FRP, and PU and UV varnish. It is environmentally friendly, halogen-free, has good flexibility, good adhesion, easy construction and leveling properties, and has excellent compatibility with PU and UV varnish.

Precautions

It is a low hydroxyl PU. It can be added without curing agent or with 5-10% curing agent. The performance will be better.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/25KG/190KG/barrel

Tips: L-1010 has excellent silver row effect and good recoatability. It can also be used with UV resin to improve adhesion to metal.
