Description

L-1009 is a special thermosetting acrylic resin that has good compatibility with thermosetting resins. It can be used alone or in combination with thermosetting resins, hydroxy acrylic resins, etc. to make paints. The paint film has excellent silver powder arrangement. It can effectively improve the whiteness of silver powder, improve the metallic feel, etc., and has excellent matching properties. It can be covered with UV, PU, and baking varnish. It is widely used in plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, and pure PC. UV silver and solid color primers can also be used in electroplating silver primers to adjust film properties, improve adhesion, reduce costs, and increase viscosity.

Reference formula

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/190KG/barrel

Tips: L-1009 has good silver arrayment effect, is halogen-free, and can be used with other paint resins.
