L-1007 provides excellent silver flake orientation, effectively improving the whiteness and brightness of silver pigments while enhancing the hiding power of metallic coatings.The cured film offers outstanding alcohol resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and high surface hardness.It exhibits strong interlayer adhesion on ABS, PC, and ABS+PC substrates, and shows excellent compatibility with PU and UV topcoat systems.This product is halogen-free, making it suitable for environmentally friendly coating applications.

Applications

Suitable for UV silver coatings, solid color basecoats, UV clear topcoats, and vacuum metallized coatings on plastic substrates such as ABS and ABS+PC.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/190KG/barrel

Tips: L-1007 has good silver arrangement, is halogen-free, does not require primer, has good alcohol resistance, and can be added with a curing agent.
