Description

L-1005 features excellent silver flake orientation, effectively enhancing silver whiteness and improving the hiding power of metallic pigments. The coating film offers outstanding alcohol resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and high surface hardness.It provides strong interlayer adhesion on ABS, PC, and ABS+PC substrates, and shows excellent compatibility with PU and UV topcoat systems.

Reference formula

It is recommended to use ketones for the strong solvent part of the solvent formula, and use less ester solvents for pure PC materials.

Applications

PC, ABS, PC+ABS base material, imitation electroplating, one-coat system with high alcohol and wear resistance, electroplating high-gloss silver varnish + cover UV, PU, elastic paint topcoat.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/190KG/barrel

Tips: L-1005 has good silver lining, good adhesion, no need for primer, strong anti-lifting property, but contains certain halogens.
