Description

L-9400W is a hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin dispersion modified through a special process. It offers high hydroxyl content, high hardness, fast drying, excellent transparency, and a full, rich film appearance. L-9400W can be blended with waterborne polyisocyanate curing agents to formulate two-component industrial coatings and automotive refinish coatings, or combined with amino resins to produce high-temperature bake coatings. The resulting films deliver high gloss, high hardness, and outstanding chemical resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, weatherability, and anti-stain performance.

Product Features

It offers high loading capacity for pigments and fillers, and provides excellent adhesion to ABS, ABS/PC, PC, wood substrates, and metal. It also features outstanding flexibility, water resistance, scrub resistance, and alkali resistance, along with high gloss, high hardness, excellent film build, and superior weatherability.

Applications

Applicable for two-component systems, including waterborne plastic coatings, waterborne metal coatings, waterborne wood coatings, and two-component topcoat clear coatings.

Precautions

The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container, protected from freezing and excessive heat. The recommended storage temperature is 10–25 °C.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips:L-9400W is quick drying and has good wear resistance.
