Description

L-6200C is 2-functional UV polyurethane resin for vacuum metallization, recommended for use in coatings, inks, and adhesives. As the main film-forming resin in free-radical curing systems, L-6200C provides excellent flexibility and curing speed, with outstanding adhesion to various plastic substrates. It also exhibits excellent interlayer adhesion with vacuum-metallized coatings. It offers low-energy curing and good drying performance, preventing blue or hazy appearance on reflective aluminum-coated products. In coating formulations for complex substrates such as blended plastics, PP, PE, and PVC, it maintains excellent bending resistance without cracking or peeling. The cured film has good covering powder while retaining excellent wetting and leveling properties.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6200C exhibits excellent plating performance, fast curing speed, and good drying properties. The coating shows no sinking or crawling, has good flow and leveling, and excellent oil resistance.
