Description

L-6380H-5 is a specially modified grafted matte UV-curable polyurethane resin. It features high transparency, thin-coat application without haze or whitening, and high-build application without edge accumulation. The resin provides excellent self-leveling, recoatability, and is odorless, non-irritating, and solvent-free. With nano-scale fineness, it delivers a stable low-gloss finish of 2–4° (60°), unaffected by baking temperature or time, ensuring consistent defoaming and appearance.

Product Features

Gloss 2~4°, no floating, stable gloss, good leveling, good wetting and adhesion to the substrate.

Delicate and smooth soft touch, good scratch resistance, has defoaming effect in high-build UV coatings, and can improve the yield rate.

Applications

UV matte varnishes; UV plastic coatings; UV screen printing matte varnishes; high-build UV coatings for PVC floors; PVC leather; paper, etc.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation.

This product will be packed into 20KG/25KG/200KG/barrel

Precautions

Prolonged storage may cause slight resin stratification. To ensure optimal performance, stir thoroughly or roll the container evenly on the floor before use.
