Description

L-6367-2 is a 3-functional UV excimer resin with ultra-low viscosity, yellowing resistance, water resistance, flexibility and elasticity and other well-balanced properties. It can be used as the main resin in low-viscosity coatings or full-solid low-viscosity inks. Used in skin-like coatings and skin-like inks with short-wavelength 172nm, 222nm, and 254nm ultraviolet excimer spectra; it can quickly stimulate a more delicate, soft, elastic and matte skin effect, and has excellent anti-scratch properties.

Precaution & Storage

1. Ensure that the UV coating absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve complete curing; insufficient curing may affect coating performance.

2. Do not pour unused material back into the original container. To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: ≤30°C. Unused portions should be sealed promptly and not left open. Under room temperature (25°C) and ventilated conditions, the safe shelf life is 6 months.

Tips:L-6367-2 exhibits fast wrinkle formation, excellent compatibility, no precipitation at low temperatures, and a delicate skin-like feel. Suitable for roller coating applications as well.
