Description

SQ-8462 is a heat-curable and ultraviolet-curable adhesive that is coated on PVC, PET, TPU or PC films through roller coating or screen printing processes. It is mainly used for decoration on nails. The product has good surface curing and flexibility after baking, and is easy to fit on the nail. The surface is smooth and soft touch feels good. After the nail lamp LED is cured, it is hard but not brittle and has good scratch resistance.

Performance

After heat curing, it has good flexibility and elasticity. The surface cures quickly, is easy to fit on the nail, has good resistance to yellowing, and has good transparency.

After being irradiated and cured by a nail lamp, the surface has good smoothness, good scratch resistance and good toughness.

Application

Applied to the outer coating of mobile phone tempered film, protective coating on nail patches.

Construction technology

1. Clean the material surface.

2. Pour the glue onto the TPU base material, and use a glue stick to squeeze the surface of the material so that the glue can expel air bubbles and achieve better leveling. Make sure that the bonding parts are covered with glue.

3. After baking at 70℃*1 hour in an oven, the surface of the paint film will initially cured.

4. After the release film is applied to the paint film, it can be stacked and rolled up.

5. Cut a small piece and fit it to the nail. After 60S of exposure to the nail lamp, it can be fully cured to test the performance.

Construction steps

Unwind → Glue on the base material → Mold rolling → Heating and baking → Covering with release film → Rewinding → Slitting → Forming → Tear off the release film →Nail lamp irradiation and curing

Precautions

1. Ensure that the UV adhesive layer absorbs sufficient UV energy to achieve the best curing effect, otherwise it will easily affect the performance of the adhesive layer.

2. Remaining glue cannot be returned to the original packaging. It should be sealed away from light and stored at room temperature.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 1KG/5KG/25KG/barrel

Tips: SQ-8462 has good flexibility, good adhesion, and fast surface curing.
